Privacy Policy
This Policy explains how RobinScreener handles information when you browse or contact us.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to robinscreener.io and communications you send to RobinScreener. It does not cover external websites, wallets, RPC providers, advertisers, or other services linked from the market-intelligence service.
2. Information we handle
Information you provide
If you contact us, we receive the information in your message, such as your email address, name if supplied, and support details. Do not send private keys, seed phrases, passwords, or other secrets.
Technical and usage information
Our servers and providers may process IP address, browser and device type, operating system, requested URL, referral page, request time, approximate location derived from IP, error and performance information, security logs, and searches you submit.
Analytics and browser storage
We use Google Analytics to understand visits and improve performance and usability. It may use cookies or similar identifiers and process page views, interactions, device characteristics, and approximate location. Browser storage may remember preferences and consent choices.
Public blockchain information
Addresses, balances, blocks, transactions, logs, token transfers, and contract activity are public blockchain records. An address or transaction may still be personal data under some laws if connected to an individual.
3. How we use information
We use limited information to operate, secure, monitor, and troubleshoot the Service; answer searches; measure traffic and reliability; improve performance and accessibility; respond to inquiries; detect abuse and failures; and meet legal obligations. Where required, we rely on legitimate interests, consent, performance of your request, or legal obligations as the applicable legal basis.
4. Cookies and analytics choices
Google Analytics loads in restricted consent mode when you visit. Until you select “Got it!” in the cookie notice, analytics storage remains disabled and Google receives measurements without analytics cookies. You can clear cookies and site storage through your browser or use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Google’s own terms and privacy notices govern its processing.
5. When information is shared
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with vendors that help operate the Service; when required by valid legal process; to investigate abuse or protect rights and safety; or as part of a transfer of the Service, subject to applicable law. Public blockchain information is already available independently from network nodes and other market-intelligence services.
6. Public and immutable blockchain records
RobinScreener can correct its own labels or indexed presentation when appropriate, but cannot alter, reverse, or delete records stored on Robinhood Chain. Removing a record from our index would not remove it from the blockchain or other services.
7. Retention
We keep operational logs, analytics, and correspondence only for as long as reasonably needed for security, troubleshooting, improvement, compliance, and disputes. We may retain aggregated or de-identified statistics. Public blockchain records persist independently of RobinScreener.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. No internet service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. RobinScreener will never need your private key or seed phrase.
9. International processing
RobinScreener and its providers may process information in countries other than your own, where privacy laws may differ. Cross-border processing remains subject to safeguards and requirements imposed by applicable law.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing; receive certain information in a portable format; withdraw consent; or complain to a regulator. Email hello@robinscreener.io to make a request. Because no account is required and many logs are not tied to a known person, we may be unable to connect a request to particular records.
11. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 or a higher minimum age required where they live. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
12. Third-party services and advertising
External links, embedded services, market-data providers, and advertisers have their own privacy practices. We do not control their collection, security, or retention.
13. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy when the Service, providers, or law changes. The date above identifies the latest version. We will provide any additional notice required by law.
14. Contact and related terms
Privacy questions and requests may be sent to hello@robinscreener.io. Please also read our Terms of Service.
