Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of RobinScreener, an independent read-only market-intelligence service for Robinhood Chain (Chain ID 4663).
1. Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing or using robinscreener.io (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You may use the Service only if you can legally agree to these Terms where you live.
2. Independent service
RobinScreener is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Robinhood Markets, Inc. or its affiliates, Robinscan, Etherscan, or Blockscout. Third-party names and marks identify their respective networks, products, or services and belong to their owners.
3. What RobinScreener provides
The Service provides a read-only interface to public Robinhood Chain information, including blocks, transactions, addresses, contracts, tokens, logs, and related analytics. It may combine live node responses with records maintained by our indexer.
RobinScreener is not a wallet, exchange, broker, custodian, validator, or transaction relay. It cannot sign, reverse, cancel, or submit a transaction for you, and it never asks for or needs your private key or seed phrase.
4. Public-chain data, finality, and accuracy
Blockchain records come from public nodes and other infrastructure. A newly observed block or transaction may be reorganized, replaced, or not yet final. Indexing gaps, node delays, upstream outages, decoding limitations, and software defects may make information delayed, incomplete, or incorrect.
Labels, decoded methods, token classifications, contract metadata, balances, and analytics are informational aids. Verify important information against the network and the relevant contract before acting on it. Displaying an address, token, contract, or link is not an endorsement or safety determination.
5. No financial or professional advice
The Service is for general information only. Nothing on RobinScreener is financial, investment, trading, legal, accounting, or tax advice, or an offer or recommendation to buy, sell, or hold an asset.
6. Prices, fees, and third-party data
Asset prices, fiat conversions, gas estimates, names, source metadata, and similar information may come from third parties. These feeds may be delayed, unavailable, incomplete, or calculated differently from a trading venue. They are not executable quotes and must not be relied on to make a trade.
7. Acceptable use
You may not violate law or another person’s rights; introduce malware, probe vulnerabilities, bypass controls, or interfere with security; overload or degrade the Service; misrepresent RobinScreener data or branding as an endorsement; or access non-public systems without permission. Reasonable use of public pages and APIs is permitted subject to published limits.
8. Third-party services, links, and advertising
The Service may link to or display content, data, tools, or advertising provided by third parties. RobinScreener does not control them and is not responsible for their accuracy, availability, security, terms, or privacy practices. An advertisement or link is not an endorsement.
9. Intellectual property
Public blockchain records remain public. RobinScreener’s original software, interface, writing, graphics, branding, and compilations are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Open-source components remain governed by their respective licenses.
10. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We do not promise uninterrupted access, permanent retention of indexed records, or support for every chain feature, token, contract, or transaction type.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, or security.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RobinScreener and its operators, contributors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of funds, assets, data, revenue, goodwill, or opportunity arising from the Service, displayed information, third-party services, or inability to use the Service. Nothing limits liability that applicable law does not permit us to limit.
13. Your responsibility
You are responsible for verifying addresses, networks, contracts, approvals, and transaction details before using another service to sign or submit a transaction. You agree to be responsible for claims arising from your unlawful use or material breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service or law changes. The date above shows the latest revision. Updated Terms take effect when posted, subject to any additional notice or consent required by law.
15. General terms
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and the Privacy Policy govern your use of the Service, subject to rights that applicable law does not allow you to waive.
16. Contact
Questions may be sent to hello@robinscreener.io. Never send a private key, seed phrase, password, or other wallet credential.
